Position Summary:
Responsible for below mentioned tasks and areas related to the A-G
Project and project development:
Suggest the valuable potential projects in the market for service products
Support workshop repair
Order execution (planning, procurement, customer contacts)
Cost (planned, actual, follow up, analysis)
Quality assurance in cooperation with the QA team
Support the delivery
Track Reliability and Quality Issues on installed units
Major Duties:
Implement and carry out all orders in the repair workshop
Control high degree of OTP (＞90%) as per the committed dates;
Control inventory availability and avoid any obsolescence. Check on a weekly basis. Control delivery times of the suppliers.
To check with OP the planning of internal manufacturing on a timely basis;
Monthly sales amount and invoicing;
Control receivables in close cooperation with the sales team.
Responsible for centrifuge overhaul proposal and operation
Develop and research the market, realize the revers-engineering of competitors’ machine.
Set up the whole repair and overhaul process for those new products
Responsible for and take care of safety of subordinates
Other, Non-Project Related
Share centrifuge knowledge with team
Improve processes, standards, tools and skill levels within the organization together with other members of the project team.
Support Sales, Technology and Product and Service manager(s)
Competencies
Bachelor degree with major of mechanical background
More than five years product or engineering experience with municipal industry or relative industry area
