Responsibility:
Formulate the short and long term recruitment plan according to our staffing plan.
Follow, optimize and maintain the recruitment related policy, process and rule.
Job analysis; communicate with business division to further understand Job Description.
Develop and optimize the recruitment channel and carry it out and control the cost.
Maintenance internal and external recruitment information
Follow the daily recruitment activities:
- Search, collect and sieve the resumes from external and internal.
- Make interview from HR side.
- Recommend eligible candidates to business line manager with remarks from HR.
- Arrange and participate interview between line manager and candidate.
- Suggest to line manager for making final hiring decision.
- Maintain candidate relationship.
Timely result analysis of recruitment activities, insuring timely fulfilment of recruitment tasks and implementing rational expense control and follow it.
Establish and develop more interview method.
Coach business line managers for effective interview.
Establish and maintain talent pool
Support recruiting project and HR project.
Others task arranged by the supervisor
Qualification:
Knowledge and Skill:
Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource Management
Key University background
Solid professional knowledge
Language:
Good English communication skill on both writing and speaking
Experience Requirements:
Two years experience in recruiting area. Or excellent graduate is acceptable
Good knowledge/sense in recruiting.
Computer skill:
MS Office. Data analysis software. Drawing Software.
Others:
