For our Process Industries and Drives Division in YANGZHOU,we are looking for a IT Software Engineer/软件工程师.
What are my responsibilities
1. collect the business demand from each dept. and analysis it.
从各部门收集需求并分析
2. develop the software which meet the requirement from other dept.
根据各部门的需求开发软件
3. maintenance the existing system(order review system, HR system, ect.)
维护现有系统（订单评审系统， HR系统等）
4.import some useful software system from other OC and extend it.
从其他西门子公司引入可用的系统并扩展
What do I need to qualify for this job
master the microsoft c# tools
精通C#工具
good skill in communication
良好的沟通技巧
good analytical ability
良好的分析技能
What else do I need to know
As least 3 years of professional experience in developing the sofeware field.
至少三年开发软件领域的专业经验
Minimum of 1 years of project implementation and managerial experience.
至少一年项目管理经验
