岗位职责：负责非生产相关的间接材料采购，完成使用部门的需求
1、负责间接材料供应商的选择、评估和开发；
2、根据每日公司内部的需求，发放PO；
3、与需求部门合作，执行和主导商务洽谈和相关合同事宜；
4、负责日常价格谈判以确保价格的竞争性；
5、采用有效的方式，针对其他部门提出的采购需求进行相关询价；
6、与用户部门紧密合作以了解他们当前和未来的需求，进行价格的预估，并进行时间规划，将需求融入到当前的采购活动中；
任职要求：
-本科及以上学历，商务，工商管理或相关专业。
-2年以上汽车行业采购领域工作经验
-良好的沟通和谈判技巧
-良好的客户导向意识和成本节约意识
-出色的沟通和谈判能力
-良好英语听、说、读、写能力
-熟悉SAP中的采购模块者优先
Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for non-production related material purchasing, and fulfill the user dept. demands
1、Supplier sourcing, evaluation and development for indirect material;
2、Distribute the PO based on company daily internal request;
3、To conduct and lead commercial negotiations and contractual matters in cooperation with user dept;
4、Regular price negotiation to ensure price competitiveness;
5、Perform RFQ activities on the purchase request from departments in an efficient manner;
6、Work closely with user dept. to understand their current and future demand, cost estimates and schedules for integrating these needs into existing purchasing activities;
Qualification Requirement:
-Bachelor degree or above and majored in commercial, business administration or related.
-Two years above working experiences in automotive industry in purchasing or sourcing area.
-Good communication and negotiation skill.
-Good customer oriented sense and cost saving mindset
-Excellent communication and negotiation skill
-Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking
-Familiar with purchasing module of SAP
