1. Responsible for developing and growing the business in China. Identify new markets and business opportunities.
2. Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and projections.
3. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans / sales plan to penetrate existing / new Customers.
4. Prepare visiting plan to visit Customer to build and maintain business relationship.
5. To get RFQ’s from Customers and submit on-time. Follow-up and negotiated the terms of an agreement and closed sales.
6. Represent company at trade exhibitions and events.
7. Provides timely feedback on sales performance.
8. Weekly record sales and update to salesforce.com
9. Other sales / market jobs assigned by the supervisor.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree in Marketing or Mechanical engineering
2. Familiar with the whole B2B sales process and ability to identify customer real needs and the decision making process
3. Minimum 5 year sales experience with proven track record in related or relevant fields (Stamping, Contract Manufacturing)
4. Good business sense with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented.
6. This is not a regular office job, so expect to be working long hours – especially when you have targets to meet.
7. Fluent in English communication in a global environment
