MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Contact vendors as daily activity for material requirements management and urgent items expediting
2. Maintain material master data in SAP
3. Generate and manage material requirements plan through SAP based on production plan
4. Manage and expedite urgent material items according to business requirement
5. Track for purchase order delivery status to ensure serial production
6. Material effective date management of engineering change
7. Obsolete and surplus material evaluation, investigation, improvement
8. Set proper inventory level and periodically review material MOQ
9. Deal with other material abnormal issue such as quality, scrap
10. Other tasks assigned by the leader
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
1. College or above degree in logistics or supply chain related major
2. More than three year’s material planning or equivalent experience
3. SAP experience in MM module
4. Import customs clearance knowledge preferred
5. Skilled in spreadsheet handling
6. Engineering change implementation experience is preferable
7. Communicated English, especially in written and read
