Responsibilities:
Analyze customer demand, customer support and advisory
Propose sales target, projects, and actions to VP, and ensure the targets are broken down to each subordinate.
Work closely with proposal team on customer and project acquisition
Organize different teams to deal with customer requirements or complaints, join in kick-off meeting.
Monitor subordinates’ performance and improve their skills.
Maintain long-term relationship with key customers
Continuous identification of potential markets
Requirements:
Bachelor or above degree, engineering education background is a must.
At least 6 years sales/proposal experience in industrial equipment industry, preferable Automotive spare parts industry (Welding line, Paint shop or Final Assembly), household appliances industry, or digital products industry.
Experience in sales of production line or core equipment of painting line is preferred.
Leadership is preferred. Able to improve subordinates’ performance.
Organizing ability.
Good command of both written and spoken English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire and confidence of delivering results
