Responsibilities:
Leads and facilitates S&OP governance and related processes
Makes specific handshakes with assigned markets and regions wrt demand and supply flex plan management.
Works closely together with product management and product development to drive Life Cycle Management(Phase-in/ phase-out/ maintenance)
Represents Ops/ SCM in Business Unit leadership tem
Accountable of IWD and capacity management(CAPEX)
Initiates and drives alignment on SC targets for relevant portfolio/ category
Facilitates risk buy process as an subsidence of S&OP governance and structure
Owns and coordinates allocation process
Requirements:
Solid supply planning background (preferred experiences from all SCM roles), with good experience managing local suppliers.
Strong communication and shareholder management, able to say “Yes” AND “No” with good reasoning behind.
Experience working with High Mix Low Volume industries (consumer industry).
