职位描述

Responsibilities: ·   Manage global portfolio for assigned category in terms of product lifecycle (phase in/phase out) , delivery reliability, constraints management ·   Lead effective global S&OP process for relevant portfolio, including balance of demand and supply , constraints management , drive for on-going improvement actions ·   Effective alignment with Market in case of any demand exceeding out of flexibility levels, demand plan correction in DP system for phase in/phase out products to avoid potential risk of launch to market plan and exposure ·   Actively work on components planning for LED, driver and modular which belongs to Philips responsibility, throughout NPI , running and phase out process. ·   In case of scarcity situation, take lead to align with market /supplier/support function on efficient recovery plan , weekly PDCA cycle is required to drive for problem solving. ·   Rofo/AOP alignment (for assigned category) with stakeholder , and keep monthly tracking on AOP/Rofo target ·   Constraints management and reflect it in system to make it visible towards market ·   Effectively review with supplier on monthly intake plan on 12NC level in terms of capacity and key components, keep tracking the actual orders from market , meanwhile to drive for the action of forecast accuracy from skillful analysis. ·   Drive for SC target (CLIP and IWD cost in upstream) Knowledge & Experience Requirements ·   Bachelor or above ; Supply Chain related major is a plus ·   5yrs working experience in supplier management experience or related functions in a manufacturing company. ·   Knowledge of Supply Chain, Planning and Systems. ·   Experience in SC Operations ·   Experienced in project improvements (green belt profile- ·   Communicator to Business and Markets. ·   Cultural awareness/experience. ·   Strong drive for Operational Excellence (details!) ·   Strong analytical skills ·   Stakeholder Management ·   Fluent in English ·   Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems. ·   Pro-active behavior. ·   Result driven withspeed and exeuction mindset
