Title: HR Admin

Job Description:
HR Administration and Daily Operation:
o Responsible for administration for assigned Philips organization, ensure our HR service fully meet KPI and customer satisfaction;
o Independently handle employment life-cycle transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, 1st day introduction, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion, probation, HR certificate, etc.
o Implement employee personal-file management and e-filing;
o Implement compensation and benefit policy, ensure HR operations practice aligns with local labor law and company regulations.
o Prevent, mitigate HR risk and compliance issues in daily job via raise out the issues at early stage.
Vendor management: Support manager to manage relevant vendor’s daily work and performance are in line with the KPI. (eg.: Visa relevant, Internship management, etc.)
Projects & Continuous improvement: Lead or support on ad-hoc HR projects as necessary and required. Play a key role on leading change for employee life-cycle process improvement.
Perform other related duties as assigned: ELC relevant communications and sharing; Global SME roles and global program, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
o Bachelor degree or above;
o 3-4 years HR-related experience in multi-national company; HR service, HR generalist assistant or HR project experience is preferred;
o Good customer service sense and attitude, good communication skill;
o Self-motivated, Quick learner, high sense of responsibility and integrity;
o System knowledge preferred SAP, Workday, E-filing, etc.
o Good at Microsoft Office, i.e.: PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Visio.
o Teamwork – good interpersonal skills essential and must enjoy working in a team environment;
o Fluent English in both verbal and written.
