1. Topline responsible for localized freeze dryer and ALUS business in APC Pharma China.
2. Support the R&C sales team for freeze dryer and ALUS business. Bridging the sales support issue between RC team and APC Pharma Liquid dosage team
3. Continuously monitor and have market analysis on freeze dryer and ALUS market to report regularly to the head of APC Pharma China
4. Prepares and maintains technical and sales presentations to RC sales team and customers.
5. Writes or translate proposals ranging from letter format budgetary style, to comprehensive documents for turnkey concepts, and present to customers.
6. Prepares budgetary and comprehensive cost estimates to develop prices for customized systems.
7. With R&C Sales negotiates final contracts including pricing and technical terms and conditions.
8. Execution of the APC Pharma PMT (Pharma Management Team) or APC Pharma China strategy as well as planning and execution of tactical/ operational activities to support the strategy.
9. Proactively support technology transfer from APC Pharma to workshop in Shijiazhuang.
10. Proactively seeking ways to expand the APC Pharma business, increase market share and profitability e.g. by offering new services and solutions
11. Local support for project execution
Requirement of the candidate:
Based in Beijing
Very Fluent in English
Strong background in both Pharmaceutical process understanding and freeze dryer machinery experience.
