必须知道订单处理和理解如何做备件报价和管理。阅读和理解英文发票收据在国外备件订购。
需要至少与机器备件销售工作经验和处理客户。

能力/具体知识:
1. 良好的英语读、写、说能力。能理解英文发票/收据。
2. 了解计算机技术特别专长EXCELL、访问、ERP/SAP系统
3. 能够在订单过程中与客户有良好的沟通技巧.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Can do spare parts quotation and coordinate with sales team.
2.Place all the orders for local sales orders and trace PO;
3. Speed up the delivery of the SO and PO-daily pushing for the delivery;
4. Create quotation for Chinese customer and follow the quotation converted to sales order
5. Create DO and ship the Spareparts to customer.
6. Release invoicing information to finance department .
7. Understand basic SAP/CRM & ERP for Local engineer .
8. Other administration job under requests;
Competences / Specific knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: College Degree (Major in: Trade, logistics, English or information Technology)
Work experience : least 2 years experience / preferred 1 year experience in sales.
Competences / Specific knowledge:
- Good English at least read, write and speak. Able to understand invoice/receipts in English.
- Understand computer skills especially expertise in Excell, Access, ERP/SAP system
- Able to have good communication skills with customer with general knowledge in Order handling process
