ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 主要活动Activities 1. 按工作分工负责销售客户主数据管理、相关报告、销售档案管理等,并负责相关销售规章制度或工作指导的建立等According to the job assignment, in charge of the management of clients’ master data and related reports, archives of relevant sales documentations etc., and in charge of the setup of sales related regulations or working instructions. 2. 按工作分工负责销售的售前工作,包括公司产品推广、客户关系建立、市场机会把握、市场分析、产品分析、竞争对手分析、客户分析。According to the job assignment, be responsible for the before-sales activities including the promotion of products, setup of relationship with clients, catch the market ies, market analysis, products analysis, competitor analysis, clients analysis, achieve of sales documentations, the setup of sales related regulation & working instructions. 3. 按工作分工负责销售过程的投标管理,负责投标项目和拟投标项目的销售协调和领导,并在公司法务和领导支持下具体负责销售过程中的商务条款、销售价格的谈判、定稿销售商务合同,协调销售技术支持及其他部门的对客户的技术交流和最终技术协议或合同的谈判和最终定稿。According to the job assignment, be responsible to the tendering activities during the sales process, in charge of: ? Lead the sales coordination for bidding projects or potential bidding project: ? based on the support from legal function and leaders, in charge of the negotiations of commercial terms and sales price, the finalization of commercial contract; ? Coordinate technical support team and/or other function to carry out the technical clarifications, negotiation & finalization of technical agreement or contract. 4. 按工作分工负责销售过程的投标后管理,获得客户的订单后负责将合同的商务和技术条件交接给执行团队,并支持执行团队和客户之间的通畅交流,在执行团队要求下参与讨论合同重大条款争议、合同索赔及变更,对客户满意度负责跟踪调查;对于没有获取订单的销售项目进行时候丢标分析和总结,为公司销售业务改善、业务运营模式改善提出建议。 According to the job assignment, be responsible to the sales activities after the bidding process, for the “win” orders from clients, in charge of: ? The handover of technical and commercial terms to execution team, and support the fluent communication between client and execution team; ? Based on the requirement of execution team, being involved for the discussion of the important argument about contract terms, for the modification and claims of contract ? Follow up the investigation of customers’ satisfaction For the “lost” orders from clients: ? Make lost analysis and summary, give suggestion for improvement of sales management, give suggestion for business operation. 5. 在日常运作中,在相关事宜上与公司内部及集团公司的外部相关部门进行合作和配合。In the regular company’s operation, cooperate with related internal departments and other functions in Fives group. 6. 开展上级安排的其他工作。Carry out other job assigned by top management.备注: 上述描述活动在此具体说明了该岗位所包涵的主要工作内容,但具体工作的内容不限于所列举的这些。The above described activities are key working contents of the assigned position, but the working contents shall not be limited to the above description. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED ? Preferred to have professional background with previous positions like sales engineer/manager最好有销售工程师或经理的专业背景 ? Strong office computing skills including Microsoft Office Package 熟练使用办公软件 ? Good attitude at team working, problem solving and creativity 团队精神强、能解决问题、有创造力 ? Good communictor towards internal and external,capable to buidlup good relationship with others对内、对外有良好的沟通,有能力建立良好的关系 ? Good about sales skills including the marketing skills, the analysis for competitors &clients& market, able to manage the sales project 有很好的市场推广、竞争对手分析、市场分析、客户分析等能力,能够管理销售项目 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Must ? 学历:机械或自动化类本科或同等学历以上 EDUCATION: Graduated from university or higher education, majored in mechanical or automation related. ? 语言:英语流利 LANGUAGES: Fluent English, ? 专业经验:EXPERIENCE: 至少10年机械或自动化设计行业相关工作经验 Minimum 5 years working experiences for mechanical or automation engineering or manufacturing ? 至少5年外企工作经验 -Minimum 5 years working experiences in foreign company
