General Purpose of the Position:
1.Making sure that all quality processes, procedures, tools, measures are followed by MFG. He represents the client inside the company and he is a member of the Technical Committee for plant.
2.Monitor quality performance throughout the whole plant and regularly report quality performance to plant manager and divisional quality director
3.Monitor ISO/TS 16949 system development status and maintain quality control in terms of international automotive industry requirements.
Major Responsibilities:
1.Manages the quality for the plant (Suppliers / system / production / customers) and the quality team;
2.Responsible for following the quality system (ISO TS 16949);
3.Responsible for the quality of the products for the customers;
4.Improves the quality performance within the plant;
5.Responsible for stopping the production when products are defective or non conform and obtain corrective action necessary
6.Continues improve and develop quality team capabilities
7.Report to divisional quality director and GM about plant quality performance and system development status and take the lead for correction process for any non-conformity
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
1.Master degree with major in quality engineering/methods
2.Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
3.Knowledge of total quality tools (5M, SPC,6 Sigma..)

Experience:
1.5 years experience in quality management in Automotive sector (mass production environment if not)
2.5 years people management experience is a must
