The mechanical engineer designs/develops the relevant parts of sub-systems or products based on the technical specifications
The mechanical engineer supports CFT member in project to finish related project tasks
The mechanical engineer establishes and share his own technical advantage in ME team
岗位职责
- Creating design based on the technical product specifications with limited loop and generating the relevant documentation of the design to enable others to manufacture and test the product in production
- Doing tests and experiments to check and release a technically feasible design; perform verification activities for medical devices, modules or subsystems
- Coordinating the design efforts within the discipline and outsourced development work
- Maintaining (technical) relations with third parties (like suppliers, knowledge centres, test labs, etc.)
- Documentation and submission of new ideas, concepts and inventions (IP; intellectual property) as invention disclosure
任职要求
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering
- 1~ 3 years’ experience of pneumatic part, module or product design
- Experienced in developing of pneumatic related test tooling
- Familiar with pneumatic related testing
- Good knowledge on material and structure characteristics
- Experienced user of 3D-CAD design tool (Solid Works highly preferred)
- With medical design experience is preferred
- With some tooling parts design experience is preferred
- Substantial experience in international environment
Professional Competencies:
- 3D-CAD design tool (Solid Works highly preferred) and FEMA tools - advanced level
- Knowledge of IT tools: MS office, Skype - advanced level
- Knowledge of basic mechanics - advanced level
- Knowledge of pneumatic – advanced level
- Knowledge of material characteristics - advanced level
- Knowledge of molding part design - basic level
- Knowledge of manufacturing process - advanced level
- Knowledge of project management – basic level
- English in both written and oral - advanced level
