The Helpdesk Engineer is responsible for supporting end users on IT troubleshooting and ensures a high customer satisfaction ratio.
岗位职责
Support on software/ hardware
- Troubleshoot and find solutions for end user computer problems (software like office 365 and hardware related) at the desk side
- Replace computer/ laptop, perform hardware upgrades and conduct regular hardware maintenance
- Monitor client problems until they are resolved, provide frequent updates
- Communicate the status of client issues and report to global IT tracking systems
Reporting
- Update local/ global project reporting regarding desk side on regular basis
Global/ regional project support
- Support Global/ Regional IT to implement IT projects in China, like installation of software in line with global functional standards
任职要求
College degree in information technology, computer science or related major
3-5 years working experience in IT operation
Professional
- MS Office 2013, Office 365 & Skype for Business, Windows 7 – advanced level
- System Center Configuration Manager knowledge – basic level
- Antivirus, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, IP telephony knowledge – basic level
- Network knowledge – basic level
- English – advanced level
