职位描述
Assistant Global Master Data Management (GMDM) Engineer is responsible for providing daily maintenance service with regard to local Material Master Data Management (MMDM) for the company. He/she conducts Global Master Data Management (GMDM) processes and working instructions. He/she implements Global Master Data Management in Local organization to meet the requirement of quality and processes
岗位职责
Operational Master Data Management
- Transfer material data from Engineering Data Base (EDB) system to ERP system in align with the global master data management processes.
- Check data consistency and quality in both systems according to the related standards.
- Handle errors together with responsible business functions if requires.
- Release material data in both systems
- Invalidate material data in ERP system according to the Object Invalidation (OI) process
- Provide One Time Offering creation service to internal customer.
Process Localization
- Support in investigating, evaluating, drafting GMDM local process according to the global GMDM processes.
- Organize the GMDM process training including documentation preparation.
任职要求
Bachelor degree in business, computer science, engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience
1-2 years working experiences in SAP
Working experiences in master data management is preferred
