Position Summary:

Responsible for production supervision in electrical component workshop (Generator pole and bar manufacturing)

Major Duties:

Communication internal (project execution, purchasing, logistics, quality department, workshop manager)

Support the process technology manager for the setup of the electrical workshop

Coordinate with the workshop teams
内部协调车间团队
Train the workers on the job
培训指导在岗工人
Support workshop managers for daily business
协助车间经理处理日常事务
Take actions to identify and mitigate or eliminate risks
采取措施预见，减小或消除风险
Follow up on hours spent in workshop, identify improvement possibilities
跟进车间生产工时，提出改善方案

Competencies:
职位要求
Bachelor Degree (preferred: Engineering)
学士学位（工程专业优先）
Five (5) or more years of experience in generator component manufacturing and insulation technology (motor/generator components bars and poles)
五年以上电机制造和绝缘技术生产经验（发电机磁极线圈和发电机定子线棒）
Fluent Chinese – both oral and writing
流畅的中文表达-口语和书面
Basic Communication in English基础英语交流能力
Hands-on mentality动手能力强
MS Office (especially Excel)
