-Establish and maintain proper C BOM structure.

-Product cost monitoring and optimization (planned, actual, follow up, analysis).

-Establishment of product cost books and IC costs.

-Get design specification and drawings from CoC.

Major Duties
主要职责
-Support execution of the Screw Press production plan;
支持并执行螺旋压力机生产计划。
-Support manufacturing and purchasing for all Screw Press components in cooperation with CoC, Procurement and Operations;
与CoC，采购和运营部门合作，支持所有螺杆压力机部件的制造和采购。
-Support price negotiations with ATC`s procurement organization. (Product Transfers and Prototypes plus standard engineered parts);
为ATC的采购组织进行价格谈判上的帮助（产品转移、原型和标准工程零件）。
-Control inventory availability of long lead items and avoid any obsolescence. Check on a weekly basis. Suggest update on stock quantity according market situation and sales forecast.

-Organize sizing and performance guarantees for the sale and proposal team for sizing;

-Do calculations for IC quotations;

-Technical support for overhaul proposal and operation plus decision making if competitor machine services can be offered;

-Keep ATC Screw Press technical documentation updated. Update it to reflect the latest technical development and provide such updated information to all concerned suppliers and OP.

-Handle drawing and document flow between CoC and ATC.

-Manage design change requests with CoCs. Cooperate with project manager on failures during the warranty period.

-Responsible for and take care of product safety and people working with it, e.g. machine operators.

-Maintain a chronological list of all Screw Presses and their associated application and performance data. Provide a quarterly report to global product home and to the after sales service team.

-Understand competitor machines and support sales in elaborating unique selling points.

Competence
任职资格
-College or bachelor degree of mechanical and electrical engineering
机械或电气工程学士学位。
-Bachelor degree with major in mechanical background

-More than five years product or engineering experience

-More than three years’ experience as a team leader
三年以上的团队领导经验
-Good skills with Microsoft office, especially Excel

-Fluent in English, very good reading, writing, speaking and understanding.
