Major duties
主要职责：
-Proposal lead time and delivery date for division when required
计划的交货提前期和交付日期。
-Provide rough schedule before the project in force when required
为项目开始实施准备基础时间表。
-Provide detail schedule for whole projects after kick-off meeting
在开始会议后提供整个项目的详细时间表。
-Maintain the project schedule in SAP, and provide the ENG schedule to division to get confirmation with design team
在SAP中保持项目进度，向部门提供ENG进度表，并与设计团队确认。
-Push and follow up the BOM& drawing released acc. to schedule
根据时间表，推送并跟进发布的BOM和图纸。
-Check the notification in SAP for all projects of KPP timely
在SAP中及时检查所有KPP部门的通告。
-Assign the requirements for the head material of each valid WBS
按要求分配每个有效WBS的触头材料。
-Maintain the whole BOM, the parameters of the material in the BOM
维护整个BOM的材料参数。
-Release the D-BOM for KPP projects
发布KPP部门的D-BOM
-Release the PR with reasonable delivery date acc. To schedule
根据时间表，按合理的交货日期公布PR。
-Push PC issue timely
及时推送PC问题。
-Share the manufacturing information and manufacturing plan to workshop in advance to let them prepare in advance
提前将生产信息和制造计划告知车间，做好准备。
-Share the assembly plan to Automation to let them prepare material and cooperate the workshop assembly in advance
与自动化部门协调装配计划，准备材料并在车间合作装配。
-Follow up the manufacturing status and push the progress in workshop
跟进制造状况并在车间督促加工进度。
-Update the project schedule to all the related groups (division, PC, QM, AC, workshop) timely when there are some reason caused the schedule changed
当有某些原因导致计划更改时，及时将项目进度表更新到所有相关部门（PLD，QM，AC，车间等）。
-Follow up and push the missing parts delivery acc. to assembly schedule
根据装配计划，跟进零部件交付。
-Follow up the DR and arrange in-house repair if needed
跟进DR，并根据需要安排内部维修。
-Monthly OTP checking
每月OTP检测。
Competence
任职资格
-College or Bachelor Degree Major in Mechanical Engineering
机械工程专业学士学位或以上。
-Basic understanding the drawing and manufacturing process
对绘图和制造过程有基本了解。
-Familiar with the process of project planning
熟悉项目规划过程
-Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
良好的英语知识（书面和口语）
-More than 5years
五年以上的相关岗位从业经验
-Familiar with SAP, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft project , Microsoft Visio
熟悉SAP，Microsoft office，Microsoft Visio等
