岗位要求：
1、 中专及以上学历 Vocational School or above。
2、3年以上的汽车行业质量工作经验。 A minimum of 3 years quality experience in automotive filed is required
3、良好的英语能力Good English skill (Including listening, speaking, reading and writing
4、对质量体系及五大手册有基本的了解;能读懂图纸，会使用各种检测工具和设备。
Basic understanding of quality system and five manuals; read drawings, using a variety of testing tools and equipments.
5、能熟练运用QC手法及数据统计分析Be familiar with QC methods and data collection and analyses
6、很强的学习能力Strong learning ability
主要职责：
1.Assist Quality Manager in development and implementation of a quality assurance in process, including the preparation of respective instructions and manuals that ensure all product parts
meet all standards；
协助质量经理开发和执行质量保证流程，包括编制作业指导确保所有产品生产符合标准；
2.Manage the quality assurance process including inspections, sampling and the testing of parts produced by the company according to established standards；
监控质量保证过程包括零件的检查，试样，试验是否按既定的标准
3.Planning and request for resources /supports in assurance of customer satisfaction.
计划和申请资源以满足客户的要求
4.Monitor the product quality performance and take leadership for quality problem solving / corrective & preventive action developed and implemented in quality aspects.
监控过程产品质量的表现，领导制定和执行质量问题的解决纠正预防措施。
5.Manage and Monitor the quality performance such as customer PPM and internal PPM etc, and report to quality manager；
管理和监控质量业绩（外部和内部等）并向质量经理汇报；
6.Provide timely coaching, counseling, and feedback to plant QC through one-on-one sessions,
performance appraisals and team meetings；
对工厂质检（IPQC）逐一提供及时的教导咨询及回答，引导评估和团队会议；
7.Perform other duties as required
