Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering
2. 5 years maintenance experience in CNC and 2 years management experience
3. Strong knowledge in electrical, numerical control, PLC control system(SIEMENS、OMRON 、Mitsubishi)
SIEMENS 840D highly preferred, as well as in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system. Temperature control
4. Actively promote the machine TPM implementation.
5. Good at English, both in oral and written.
6. Good management skill and communication capability.
7. Project management skill
8. High accountability and team spirit
9. OEE, PFMEA, MTBF, MTTR, 6 Sigma knowledge
Job Responsibility
1. Responsible for daily maintenance of all of equipment in the production, executes the PWI & AM & PM for each production equipment.
2. Responsible for machine breakdown problem solving to ensure the production task implemented on time, organize maintenance team members to analyze and improve the machine breakdown root cause and prevent re-occur, reduce the machine downtime
3. Responsible for the training program on each equipment.
4. Responsible for equipment maintenance and management according to system quality requirement;
5. Responsible for supporting on new line or equipment installation and validation with project team together;
6. Responsible for items related to process equipment improvement or EC implementation;
7. Responsible for equipment soft/hardware management and spare part preparation, control maintenance cost and spare parts safety stock to avoid machine breakdown.
8. Responsible for process engineering improvement related on machine or equipment
9. Finish other works assigned by Manager
