Responsibilities:
1.Assume the overall responsibilities of managing a PVD Coating manufacturing operation, which includes the planning and execution of production plans, overseeing manufacturing processes and ensuring on-time delivery that meets the customer required quality level.
2.Management and maintenance of PVD Coating production facilities, contributing to relevant R&D projects and the setting up of new green-field production facilities and have them expanded, in terms of production capacity and building up of competent production team, over time.
3.Take the lead in driving for continuous process improvement of key production processes, meeting the Company’s productivity and cost efficiency targets, based on the key performance indicators.
4.Ensure an incidence-free production operation and contribute to the systematic installation of “Best Practices”, in compliance with various managing systems, including but not limited to ISO9000, ISO14000 and ISO18000, etc., and other standards and requirements, as demanded by selected key customers.
5.Manage the PVD production team and continually drive to raising the overall technical and operational competency level of the team.
Requirements:
1.Degree in Material Science or Material Processing.
2.A strong background in metal surface treatment and related disciplines. Sound and in-depth technical knowledge of PVD Coating application and production operations, along with those of the other types of surface treatment, e.g. CVD and TD, etc.,
3.At least 3 years of solid and hands-on working experience with operating and managing a PVC Coating production plant.
4.Proficiency in English and Mandarin
5.Hard working and have good management skills
6.Be prepared to work and station in South China
