工作职责：
1. 主要负责射频、模拟及混合信号电路模块的电路设计, 包括架构评估及各功能模块的设计；
2. 有能力独立设计各种射频模块例如低噪声放大器， 混频器，可变增益放大器，功率放大器， 锁相环、 压控振荡器，运放，偏置电路等
3. 参与到整个IC设计团队，包括规范，架构设计，版图，验证和评估；
4. 通过创新的架构和电路设计为大规模量产交付高质量的射频和模拟板。
任职资格：
1. 坚实理解基本射频/模拟设计要求包括噪声， 线性度， 增益， 带宽， 稳定性等。
2.在集成电路计算机辅助设计工具包括 (SpectreRF/GoldenGate/ADS) 设计，布局， 寄生提取，电磁仿真 (HFSS/PeakView/Microwave Office)有实际经验。
3. 有射频/模拟芯片流片经验。有CMOS相关经验优先。具备实验室量测及调试经验。
4.具备良好的无线系统知识，例如WiFi，BT，GPS等。
5.必须具有主动和团队合作精神。
6.良好的口头和书面沟通技巧。
职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Good understanding of communication system architectures and hand-on experience of designing RF and analog circuits such as LNA, mixer, PA, VCO and PLL etc.
2. Being part of the design team that builds the complete IC, you will actively participate to the specification, architecture design, layout and verification phase but also IC evaluation.
3. Focus on delivering highly competitive RF and analog blocks with leading edge performance using innovative architectures and circuit implementations for mass production products.
Qualifications：
1. Solid understanding of general RF/Analog design requirements including noise, linearity, gain, bandwidth, stability, etc.
2.Hands-on experience in IC CAD tools including design (SpectreRF/GoldenGate/ADS), layout, parasitic extraction, EM (HFSS/PeakView/Microwave Office).
3.Experience in RF/analog silicon. CMOS is a plus. Lab characterization and debug experience is desirable.
4.Good knowledge of wireless systems, such as WiFi, BT, GPS, etc.
5.Must be a self-starter and team player.
6.Good verbal and written communication skills.
Education Requirements:
MS in EE is a must. PhD in EE is preferred.
