1.Support administration management: shuttle bus/front desk reception/cleaning/stationary/airticket booking and etc.
2.attendance management
3.human resources document management (labor contract/training agreement/supplier contract and etc.)
4.be responsible for site communication activities (annual communication plan budget to be defined, implenmented and followed-up; to creat a more active & better relationship between employees)
5.support HRM for recruitment procedures: CV screen/cold call/interview arrangement & follow-up; build up talent pool for key positions, trainee hiring and support campus recruitment)
Requirements:
at least 3 working days every week
HR or English major is preferred
can work under pressure
eager to learn and willing to take challenge
