Job Description:
1. Conduct diligent PFMEA for DVT / PVT / MP stage models.
2. Push related dept. to take actions to reduce the potential risk.
3. Release warning cards to prod. to higlight the high risk operation
4. Process audit to find non-compliant operation, push & follow CFAT findings
5. Finish weekly / monthly quality report.
6. Follow other quality improvement projects from manager rquirement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above . Electrical , mechanical or relevant.
2. Be familiar with PFMEA & process audit
3. At least 4 years experience at PCBA manufacture field is preferred and be familiar with Power Supply products is a plus.
4. Good problem solving skill and good report skill.
5. Good communication and cooperation with other departments.
6. Good in written English language.
