Job Description:
岗位描述：
1. 参与质量分析，制定质量控制计划，设计质量控制卡， 确认质量控制点；
Participate in quality analysis. Make quality control plans. Design quality control card. Confirm the quality control point;
2. 确定控制程序和必要的工具。 确保过程质量控制和最终检验；
Determine the control program and the necessary tooling. Ensure quality control of process and final inspection;
3. 协调有关部门分析质量问题，督促改进措施的实施；
Coordinate with relevant departments to analyze the quality problems. Supervise the implementation of improved measures;
4. 持续监测所有质量目标的演变，执行必要的改进措施；
Continuously monitor the evolution of all quality objectives. Perform necessary improving measures;
5. 负责相关质量文件和产品记录的维护和管理。
Responsible for the maintenance and control of relevant quality documents and records of products.
Qualification:
任职要求：
1.大学电机/电子科系及以上学历,英语四级；
Graduated from professional of electricity / electronic technical department of university or above, English capability is no. 4 degree;
2. 至少3年以上设计，工艺或质量工作经验及2年以上电机/电子系统供应商管理经验；
More than 3 years for design , manufacturing methods and quality inspection and 2 years electricity / electronic system supplier’s management working experience;
3.熟悉ISO 9001或TS16949体系标准，熟悉鉄路系统的CRCC和IRIS标准优先考虑；
To know the ISO 9001 or TS16949 system’s standard and familiar with CRCC and IRIS railway system standards is priority;
4.能独立进行产品的首件鉴定FAI和批量验收；
Could independent completed the products FAI (First Article Inspection) and batch of products inspection.
