Qualifications
Bachelor or above degreeMechanical or hydraulic specialtyMore than 3 year experience in mechanical designHad led R&D or localization project several timesSpeak fluent Chinese and EnglishGood skill of UG, AutoCADFamiliar with mechanical design, manufacturing processFamiliar with project management, and has ever led successful projects himselfWith mindset of supply chain management, quality control and cost controlRich experience in R&D of die-casting machine is a plusInfluence others with specialty knowledge and then get their supportHigh efficiency in communication with colleagues and customersTeam spiritOptimistic/positivePhysically healthy, can do trouble shooting in field when necessary
