Job Requirements:
1.College education or above.
2.Good presentation, reporting and communication skill
3.Good written English
4.Above 3 years of engineering/quality/ME experience in power supply/EMS/ODM industry
Job Responsibilities:
1.Implement Monthly KPI Plan
2.Follow up the MP product manufacturing to make sure the process smoothly, and feedback the potential DFM issues
3.Coordinate line balancing, production tooling, work station ergonomics, and employee training
4.Drives continuous improvement and cost reduction programs
5.Conducts PFMEA & DFMEA and DOE on new and existing products and processes
6.Documents maintains, such as FC/WI/BOMs etc.
