Responsibility:
1、 Works closely with Project Development team to provide tooling and processes status updates for new projects, fully in compliance to APQP, PPAP requirements;
2、 On time to complete all advanced documents related to pre-Launch, including PFMEA, flows chart, and work instructions etc.;
3、 Provide positive manufacturing inputs during new product design phase, in order to eliminate any potential design failure to manufacturing process;
4、 Monitoring gages, jig and fixtures development progresses and outcome evaluation;
5、 Troubleshoots to new products on manufacturing process and equipment, including short term and long term solution;
6、 Supports and fields customer complaints, work together with cross function team and lead by QA to determine root cause and develop corrective actions;
7、 Conducts PFMEA, DOE, DFM, SPC analysis to fulfill customer requirements and manufacturing process development initiatives;
Requirements:
1、Bachelor s degree or above in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent;
（Remark: Junior College degree is available also if experience is good enough）
2、Minimum 7 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing process;
3、Good knowledge of SMT equipment and process, non-standard automatic equipment design, assembly fixture design and manufacturing processes optimization;
4、ASM (X3S, SX4) pick and placement skills are necessary;
5、Prefect English in writing and oral;
6、Able to clearly identify the problem to be solved and communicate it to co-workers;
7、Good team work spirit and positive attitude;
