Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree or above. Material or mechanical engineering related major.
2. At least 5 years process and manufacturing working experiences for electronic industry, and automotive electronic is preferred.
3. Have SMT & electronic manufacture working experience will be a plus.
4. Familiar with TS16949 and electronic manufacture process.
5. Excellent in both in written and spoken English. German is preferred.
6. Rich experience in manufacturing team management.
Responsibilities
1. Documents preparation of new projects. （Flow Chart/Layout/PFMEA/Control plan/Work Instruction,Etc.）
2. Follow up with new projects trial out and launch production, and bring out the improve plan.
3. Check and set up standard process cycle time to optimize operation movements. Define the staffing need.
4. Responsible trial out the new equipment s/tools and organize acceptance.
5. Make Periodicity technology training to worker.
6. Work together with headquarters technical engineer to develop new technology, new process and new equipment.
7. Responsible for setting annual KPI targets for process team, and lead them to achieve the targets.
8. Abide by the regulation of ISO14001 and TS16949 and take the responsibility in security , environment and quality written in company system documents.
9. Temporary work assigned by direct manager.
