TASKS:
- Creating Validation Ability of Fuba China.
- Create Validation workflow of Fuba China.
- Analyze the validation request of customer and create validation plan. Complete testing and issue Test report.
- Communicate validation plan and report with customer.
- Design validation plan for material and component, Analyze the validation report of supplier.
- Take responsible for sourcing validation supplier and manage it.
- Maintain validation equipment and Calibration.
- Issue Test Report.
FURTHER TASKS:
- Travel as needed (Customer visit and report meeting, supplier audit)
- Support of other position if needed
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor s degree or above in electronics or similar expertise
EXPERIENCE/EXPERTISE:
- Experience in antenna/ electronics/ automotive conponent validation
FURTHER EXPERTISE:
- Chinese native, good English skills in writting, reading and speaking, German is optional
- Good communication skills, team work consciousness, ability to make decision independently.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
