工作职责：
1、支持建立和完善企业质量保证体系，及企业质保体系的贯标认证工作；
Support in establishment and certification of quality systems and authentication of quality system.
2、参与制定公司内部体系审核和过程审核及整改措施进行协调和跟踪；
Participate in planning of internal audit and process audit, coordinate and follow up measure to rectify and reform.
3、参与协调第二方和第三方体系审核，及组织纠正措施的制定及跟踪验证；
Participate in coordination of 2nd and 3rd party system audit, coordination and follow up measure to rectify and reform.
4、负责新项目的质量策划，按照顾客要求提交APQP文件；
In charge of quality planning of new project and submitting APQP documents according to customer’s requirements.
5、对新项目和重大过程更改项目进行产品过程批准，组织纠正措施的制定并进行跟踪验证。
Carry out process approval to new project and important process alteration, organize to formulate correct measure and follow up implementation.
任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above.
2、掌握英语或德语听说读写技能，能用外语进行日常工作交流；
With basic skill of English or German; can communicate with foreign language in daily work.
3、具有学习力，执行能力，沟通能力和理解能力；
With learning ability, executive ability, communication skills and understanding ability.
4、具备优良的思想品德，并能够认同公司经营理念和核心价值观；
With good moral characters, identify with company’s managing concept and core values.
5、工作积极认真、热情、有责任心。
