Work as experienced mechanical engineering for S&C product line:
-Do adaptation based on a target platform according to Marketing Spec.
-Improve product quality or performance to meet FFR target.
-Optimize technical solutions to lower product cost.
-Work as Change Owner and coordinate other functions to ensure project schedule and budget.
-Bachelor's degree or above majored in Mechanical Engineering or related.
- 5+ years of working experience in product development of Low Voltage Device.
-Good knowledge of standards about Low Voltage Device, especially IEC60947-1/-2/-4/-5. Be familiar with functional tests of LV products.
-Experience in coil /Magnetic/ Thermal design. Have knowledge on magnetic material, silver tip and related process. Be able to analyze defect on product, find root cause and figure out solutions for improvement.
-Solid knowledge on mechanical design theory, such as tolerance analysis, dimension chain....
-Be familiar with general raw material property of plastics and metals.
-Basic knowledge about manufacturing process, such as machining, forging, bending, punching, injection...
-Basic knowledge about surface treatment and heat treatment.
-Good skill of English in reading, writing and speaking.
-Experience of 3D/2D setup using Pro-E.
