Education: Bachelor degree or above At least 3 year HR experience in manufacturing, mechanical industry background is preferred Business Understanding: Be familiar with abor market and local labor law/regularization Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Good customer service sense Good communication and influence skill Quick learner Good Team work Good spoken and written English
