Responsibility / Tasks（主要职责）
1. Overall coordination of the scheduling & planning activities among the plants.整体协调工厂间的调度和计划活动。
2. Review schedules of all the workshops to ensure on-time execution, check the demand, the progress, adjust the plan accordingly and communicate the order status.审核所有车间的时间表，确保按时执行，检查需求、进度、相应地调整计划并沟通订单状态。
3. Check the demand of materials required to fulfill the production plan. Issue Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders for his/her workshop, track the material on order to make sure it arrives on time.　　检查完成生产计划所需的物料。为其车间发出采购申请和采购订单，跟踪物料以确保准时到达。
4. Analysis and setup of stock material with proper safety stock and re-order quantities.　　　　　　　　　　分析与设置合理安全的库存及重新订购库存原料的数量。
5. Communicate execution status via reports and meetings.通过报告和会议沟通执行状态。
6. Works to minimize inventory and maximize efficiency.致力于尽量减少库存及效率最大化。
7. To complete other tasks assigned by the superior.完成上级交办的其他任务。
Requirements （要求）
1. Multi-years working experience in production planning, better if machine repair/rebuild.有多年的生产计划工作经验，有机器维修/重建经验更佳。
2. Familiar with production planning softwares, MRP process, and planning with Excel files.　　熟悉生产计划软件，MRP流程，熟悉Excel文件。
3. Ability to organize and plan work for other department.组织和规划其他部门工作的能力。
4. Strong communication skills.有较强的沟通能力。
5. Good in written English.良好的书面英语。
