Major Job Responsibilities
1.Industrialize new parts on quality and on time.
2.Coordinate with PPM, QE and Process Engineer to build the detail industrial plan and follow it up.
3.Identify and mitigate the risks of new parts industrialization.
4.Perform Concurrent Engineering with Design office.
5.Coordinate technical support to ramp up of new part.
6.Work with Process Engineer to estimate the run time of the parts.
7.Work with Process Engineer to analyze the industrial feasibility of the new part.
8.Create Manufacturing layout and Working Instruction which need to be in line with drawing and specifications requirement.
9.Raise RFDC to improve the part manufacturability.
10.Work closely with QA and Production to run QRQC, 8D and disposition of non-conforming product.
11.Lead the project of Green Belt and Kaizen.
12.Introduce the new technology like new tools, new methodology.
13.Work closely with relative department for implementing drawing modification
14.Reduce parts manufacturing cost.
15.Improve the layout to eliminate the waste.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree
2.Above 3 years of working experience
3.Fluent oral English
4.3D software skill is required, Catia is preferred.Basic Excel, word and PPT.
5. Have the experience or support new product introduction and new process introduction.
Communicate with Designer about product design and improvement.
Build process in Quality and the reduction in quality escapes, Cost of Rework.
Have at least one of Quality, SP and Machining skill
Be familiar with ERP
Understand the DVI and PCD349
Quality and cost orientation
