Responsibilities:
-Responsible for employees’ attendance management, summary and monthly OT calculation, on-time delivery for all attendance related reports;
-Check/input/output attendance, leave data, OT data and workshift data for all SAE & SLS & Safran China Suzhou staff in using Attendance System;
-Report attendance’s abnormal case and handle with related company regulations;
-Back-up of Payroll Specialist to handle payroll issue if required;
-Implement the defined recruiting plan; follow the process to validate, screen, interview, assessment;
-CV screening / Phone screening / Interview invitation / Interview arrangement for candidates of direct and indirect open positions,
-Other tasks assigned by department manager.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;
2.At least 5 years’ experience in HR role of MNC, familiar with attendance, payroll and recruitment;
3.Be familiar with office software, especially for Excel;
4.Excellent English both in oral and written;
5.Good teamwork and communication skills
6.Strong sense of responsibility and rigorous.
