-For our Digital Factory Division in NANJING,we are looking for a SEAL Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer(Suzhou) 苏州西门子电器有限公司 供应商质量保证工程师（苏州）
What are my responsibilities
1.The supplier quality engineer will take charge of silver contact/welding commodity management.
2.Responsible for silver contact/welding parts release and mass production part quality.
3.Professional knowledge and experience on both silver contact and welding, including silver contact manufacture process, welding process, metallographic structure, property and failure analysis. Especially familiar with AgW,AgC,AgWC contact.
4.Electric resistance welding(ERW) optional and induction welding. skilled with quality tool, such as DFM, FMEA, SPC, control plan and 8d etc.
5.Execution and documentation of the product discussion in the “Product Review” document
6.Definition of the testing requirements ,generation of the test plans ,ISIR release
What do I need to qualify for this job
1.Most contact technical knowledge in own field; master in engineering or qualified technician in engineering or process quality experience .
2.Contact Agw, AgWC material and character experience , forming of sliver tip process experience is Plus
3.Soldering / Welding base cooper +silver tip ( AgW, AgC. AgWCC ) soldering with paster or without paster "
4.Experience of quality management system ;
5.Good communication and coaching skill
