For our Digital Factory Division in SUZHOU,we are looking for a SEAL SQA Engineering Support (Suzhou) 苏州西门子电器有限公司 供应商质量保证工程师及工程支持（苏州新区）.
What are my responsibilities
-Determining requirements of materials, parts and components taking account of design requirements and other general conditions (e.g. standardization)
-Selection and qualification of new plastic raw materials, parts and components taking account of functional, quality and cost aspects and all aspects of the product life cycle
-Specialist on plastic raw material mechanical and electrical properties (PA, PBT…) which used in low -Voltage products, and providing technical consultation on plastic material technology.
-Creating test concept and specifications of raw material and special production process.
-Failure analysis of plastic parts/ components for development, production or Customer complaints.
-Responsible for tool concept confirmation with suppliers according to plastic parts technical requirements .
What do I need to qualify for this job
-More than 5 years of relevant experience on Plastic Engineering.
-Plastic material selection /release process
-Good communication and coaching skill
-Teamwork spirit
-Experience of international project and technical collaboration.
