Job description
1.机械设计和制造专业或其他机械类专业本科
Bachelor ，major ：mechanical design or related
2.产品结构设计经验3年或以上，有小家电产品设计经验者优先。
3 years of working experience or above，housing appliance is preferred
3.熟悉或了解各种加工和成型工艺方法以及结构连接方法。
Be familiar with various of machining、forming process and parts jointing methods.
4.良好的英语听说读写能力。
Very good at English listening、speaking、reading and writing.
5.至少熟练掌握一种2D和3D绘图软件，优秀的2D图出图能力。
Design concept ，2D drawing create 3D build。
6.良好的组织、沟通和协调能力；良好的任务进度管控能力， 能在较大压力下工作。
Good communication and coordination ability ，ensure mechanical design work can be done within the project timeline.

Responsibility
1.能独立设计小家电产品的机械结构，以实现产品的结构连接或机械功能。
Can design the mechanical structure of housing appliance independently ，in order to realize the mechanical joint or mechanical function
2.组织团队进行设计评审；编制DFMEA和初始BOM；编制2D工程图。
Lead team to conduct design reviewing; Compiling DFMEA; Draft BOM and generate 2D drawings.
3.样品制作以验证和评估设计，生成分析报告。
Prototyping to review and verify design. Generate a report.
4.执行样品承认流程，以确认产品是否可以量产。
Implement sample approval procedure to make sure parts can be introduced to Mass Production.
5.解决产品在设计、装配和生产过程中出现的问题。
Solve problems occurring in design、assembly and production.
6.实验设计以测试产品的性能。
Experiment design to test product functionality and reliability.
7.和客户及供应商保持沟通和协调， 以解决产品设计中的问题。
Keeping in touch with supplies and customer ，making sure solving problems in the process of mechanical designing 。
8.按设计的管控流程更改产品设计。
Design changing as per design control procedure.
9.其他由上级安排的工作。
Other works arranged by the supervise or manager 。
