Main Responsibilities:?
Implement the sales strategy for the designated responsibility area based on the regional sales strategy and in accordance with the executive manager.
? Elaborate and implement account development plans for the increase of the market share and the margins in accordance with the executive manager.
? Ensure market investigation and collection of customer information in coordination with Group Marketing.
? Develop and implement new customer-specific product and marketing concepts together with business units and TCSA and define customer-specific product lines, prices (within price margin defined by BU) and conditions in accordance with the Pricing Desk and BU and the executive manager.
? Implement optimal customer service including relationship management and acquisition of new customers.
? Ensure and implement optimal process execution for customer projects as well as contract monitoring with possible interventions at the customer’s site.
? Compliance with defined budget, especially for travel costs, entertainment expenses and samples.
? Plan staff-related, issue-related and financial resources for the area of responsibility based on information from subordinate areas. Ensure approved budget compliance and initiate appropriate measures in case of imminent and assessed divergencies.
Minimum Requirements:
? Graduate in business studies, nutrition technology or the like and at least 3 years work experience in distribution in the trading or beverage industry or commercial training and 3-5 years (>5) work experience
