Main Responsibilities:
1.Create and modify flavors using basic natural or synthetic flavor raw materials in response to customer request and market trends;
2.Evaluate flavors and application samples;
3.Take an active & excellent role in the development of technical relationships with customers.
Minimum Requirements:
1.B.S;
2.Minimum 8 years of working experience in food flavor creation;.
3.Good flavor knowledge and chemistry,flavour regulation.
4.Identification of aroma compounds and their chemical.
5.Knowledge about raw materials /ingredients/cost saving;
6.Knowledge about flavor process,liquid /emulsion/extract/powder.
7.Good reading, writing and communication skills in English.
