生产经理 岗位职责: - 依据销售计划、物料计划制定相应生产计划 - 负责主持生产部的全面工作,组织并督促部门人员全面完成本部职责范围内的各项工作任务 - 贯彻落实本部岗位责任制和工作标准,加强与营销、计划、财务、质量等部门的工作联系和协作配合 - 配合技术开发部参加技术管理标准、生产工艺流程、新产品开发方案审定工作,及时安排、组织试生产,不断提高生产效率 - 协同工程部做好生产设备、计量器具维护检修工作,合理安排设备检修时间 - 负责安全生产、现场管理、劳动防护、环境保护等专项工作 - 负责组织部门管理人员的业务指导和培训工作,并对其工作定期检查、考核和评比 - 负责建立健全生产管理系统的各项规整制度,理顺内部工作相互间的配合关系和工作秩序 - 主持召开本部门各类会议 - 完成上级领导交办的其他工作 任职资格: - 3年以上饮料或食品行业跨国企业生产经理及同级岗位工作经验 - 食品科学/机械工程/生产管理等相关专业大专以上学历 - 具有精益生产、全员生产维护、生产持续改进及成本优化等相关经验 - 精通食品安全体系认证、生产质量管理规范、CCP关键点把控 -   英文听说读写良好 Production Manager Main Responsibilities: - Ensure and control the production in the plant according to time-, cost- and quality-related specifications and in consideration of the optimal capacity utilisation in the framework of the requirements and in coordination with Material Planning. - Participate in developing and ensure compliance with standards, parameters and specifications for the production process together with Controlling. - Participate in further developing the plant in all production-related areas. - Record, check and implement production processes according to existing optimisation and standardisation potentials (KVP) together with the superior. Prepare the performance analysis and derive measures in case of assessed divergencies. Ensure their implementation in accordance with the executive manager. - Initiate an efficiently operating repair and maintenance work on machines as well as their modification. - Ensure and implement the internal and legal specifications and guidelines concerning hygiene, HACCP, food and work safety and environmental protection together with the executive manager. Participate in implementing uniform quality stan-dards and guidelines in collaboration with the executive manager. - Handle complaints (Verschnitte, Not-Raft, Fehlchargen) in close coordination with the executive manager and the quality & food safety manager plant and derive appropriate measures for quality safety. - Plan staff-related, issue-related and financial resources for the area of responsibility based on information from subordinate areas. Ensure compliance with the approved budget as well as initiate appropriate measures in case of imminent and assessed divergencies in coordination with the superior. - Direct and develop subordinate colleagues. Decide on staff-related targeted measures in accordance with the executive manager and HR. Ensure the implementation of measures for the efficient conception of operational and organizational structures within the field of responsibility. Qualification: - at least 3 years of production manager or similar position experience in food/beverage industry - major in food/engineering/management - have LEAN/TMP/CI experience - lead CI and cost saving project experience - have FSSC22000/GMP/HACCP knowledge - multi-national company work experience prefer
