采购工程师
职位描述：
1、负责公司研发设备、五金备件、在建厂房工程设备、备品备件、办公文宣等技术采购及工程采购工作。
2、负责请购单有效性的审核，并核对库存情况，确定准确的采购数量，以防浪费和不足。
3、负责采购计划的实施工作，包括询价、比价、议价和订购严格控制采购成本。
4、负责采购合同执行情况的追踪，即交货的跟催与协调。
5、负责对所采购物资品名、规格、数量、质量的核对工作。
6、负责收集已使用产品的性能和质量信息，以便改进。
7、负责供货渠道的开发、考察、评估和管理。
8、负责采购档案的管理工作。
9、负责不合格物资的退回或索赔处理。
10、负责应付款的申办工作，并定期与财务进行应付款帐目的核对。
11、负责物资市场信息的收集和分析工作；实时掌控市场价格、技术信息、不断为公司推荐新品、新技术。
12、完成上级领导交代的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、机械、化工、工程相关专业专科以上学历。受过采购管理、生产管理、谈判管理技能开发等相关培训。
2、具有3年以上相关工作经验，从事饮料、食品行业，具有国际采购经验者优先考虑。
3、具有较好的灵活应变能力、问题处理能力、领导能力和决策判断能力。
4、英文四级以上，口语、书写、阅读能力较好。
5、要有较强的责任心，成本意识强、工作认真、细致、严谨、抗压能力强、善于学习。
Sourcing Engineer
Job Description:
1． Liaise with internal stakeholders for all purchasing requisitions of equipments and machinery, construction, MRO , technical service, etc. , evaluate the supplier/contractor’s capability and identify the quality supply source based on Doehler’s policy and process
2． Maintain one proactive communication with all stakeholders and counterparts and conduct sourcing activities in one efficient and effective manner
3． Develop the supplier/contractor’s capability and ensure its value creation to deliver sustainable value and contingency supply for business continuity
4． Conduct the RFx( Information, proposal and quotation) process, and facilitate its respondent evaluation and write the evaluation report
5. Negotiate the contract terms and conditions with the supplier/contractor and implement the contract on Doehler’s policy
6. Monitor the performance of contract and Review it with the supplier/ contractor regularly and ensure compliance to contracts is managed
7. Develop and ensure contract prices and master data information is kept up to date.
8. Maintain and manage a central repository of appropriate specifications or work of statement for key goods and services.
9. Ensure the KPI is agreed and executed with the supplier and contractor
10. Conduct the supplier/contractor performance evaluation and address the issue of the non-conformance and low performance
11. Review the supplier/contractor’s correction plan and monitor the continued improvement
12.Conduct the supply market research including the desk research and field research as required, and prepare for the market report
13.Maintain specialist category expertise ensuring Doehler is knowledgeable about and aware of latest developments and technology impacting on the products and services being purchased.
14.Monitor market dynamics and trends occurring with key commodity inputs
15. Maintain the good reserve of the sourcing documents including policy and process, spec., contract, approval , etc.
Qualifications：
1、 Machinery or Science or technology major and background
2、 More than 3 year’s relevant procurement experience in food or beverage industry
3、 Good problem-solving, leadership and decision-making ability, smooth and round communication ability
4、 Strong analytical and cost sensitivity , quick learning , can work well under high pressure
5、 Good English written and verbal capability
6. C.P.M./CPSM/CIPS certified is preferred
