Main Responsibilities:
1.Leads all aspects of IT system operation which includes but not limited to Server, end user device , data voice networking , security and various system applications;
2.Works with management team and outsourced IT resources to ensure business alignment;
3.Directs various IT system continuously improvement initiatives across multiple locations;
4.Define and execute data security and safety guidelines to ensure the high availability and disaster recovery capability of critical systems;
5.Negotiates and drives approval process for statements of work and vendor contract/renewals, for all IT service/infrastructure related activities;
6.Six Sigma continuously improvement mindset and practical experience to driver service excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
1.Bachalor’s degree in computer science, information technology or others
2.More than 5 years of work experience in IT infrastuture and applications.
