Key Responsibilities 岗位职责
1.Contact window of domestic customers, communicate and coordinate with related departments proactively to satisfy customer needs.
国内客户服务窗口,积极主动的协同相关部门满足客户需求。
2.Order management, ensure on time delivery (OTD, OTIF).
订单管理, 保证按时供货。
3.Provide quick and accurate answer to customer’s enquire, do not keep customer waiting with no answer.
迅速准确的回答客户的询问。
4.Provide support to MA area, give supports, suggestions and follow up project closely to help sales to run project smoothly.
支持市场区域的需求,给予市场同事支持和建议,紧密跟踪项目确保项目顺利实施。
5.Analysis and follow up on project material preparation to lower dead stock risk.
分析跟踪项目备货以降低呆滞库存的风险。
6.SAP operation and daily problem solving.
SAP 操作及日常问题处理。
7. Problem solving.
8. Process optimization.
9. Project coordination.
Position Requirements任职要求:
1.no less than 5 years working experience, SCM or Customer service experience is preferred.
2.Mature and independent with analytical thinking.
3.Customer oriented and proactive thinking, same time with team spirit.
4.English CET6 or above.
5.Be familiar with Microsoft office tool, with SAP experience is preferred.
6.Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill.
