KEY RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责：
1. Be responsible for forecast management for specified market, including market communication, forecast statistics,implementation and measurement.
市场预测的沟通、收集、分析、整理及评估。
2.To Coordinate and implement SOP process from Market demand to supply of Factory/Suppliers, ensure sufficient supply to the market.
市场及工厂SOP的实施，确保足够的供应提供给市场。
3.Ensure effective and reliable MRP process both in SAP system and operation.
MRP运行的监控，确保结果的有效性及准确性。
4.Define safety stock level and implement process to manage inventory and deprecation stock control.
安全库存的设定；库存水平的监控及呆滞库存的清理。
5.Monthly sales analysis to find the trend and discrepancy with forecast, then review with market to made adjustment accordingly if needs.
月度销售分析，与市场确认销售异常部分并根据需求及时调整销售预测。
6.Replenishment among plant and RDC to ensure reasonable stock level in each RDC.
工厂及RDC间的库存补给确保各RDC库存水平的准确性及合理性。
7.DCC management.
DCC 的日常工作管理。
8.To develop and improve process related to demand management per business needs.
开发及完善需求管理工作流程以应对变化的市场需求。
9.Crisis management involved DM, include demand change、stock、supply issue and so on.
危机管理：包括需求变化、库存及供应异常等。
POSITION REQUIREMENTS任职要求:
1.Education: University or above. Major in Mathematics, or CPIM related to be preferred.
大学本科以上学历，数学或统计专业优先。
2.Language: Fluent English
流利的英文沟通能力。
3.Working background in international company.
需要跨国公司工作背景。
4.At least two years experience to manage or collaborate SOP process, forecast management; project management experience is plus.
至少2年以上的SOP 流程及销售预测整合经验，具有项目管理经验的优先考虑。
5.Familiar with SAP and office software.
熟悉SAP 及办公软件.
6.Good communication and teamwork
良好的沟通及团队合作能力。
