Role and Responsibilities
Lead and support teams to track key metrics and objectives weekly in a timely fashion with report templates
Develop tools, processes and best practices as well as identifying responsibilities in development and ramp.
Support module groups to manage and achieve appropriate balanced level targets
Provide a communication path across function teams
Drive for team to close critical issues
Support Program Manager in Gateway Reviews

Strong logical and analytical thought process, proficient in issue resolution
Independent in project managing, psychologically stable in adverse conditions
Demonstrate ability to juggle program scope and constraints, show proficiency in navigating through complex issues
Able to adapt to varying environments, comfortable to work in a multi-cultural environment
Strong driver to push for deliverables to be met with a good balance of constraints
Competency to lead the teams to meet objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
Engineering, Electrical or related degree
At least 3 years in automotive industry which include 1+ years’ experience in EV environment or MIIT audit area, or 3+ years’ experience in Key EV components company
At least 2 years’ experience in previous program or project management experience, PMP will be a plus
Team management and experience working in cross-functional environment
Worked with various tools and worked extensively with various methodologies
Expected to travel occasionally (frequency depends on phase of project)
Fluent in English oral and writing
