？ Work as the interface between CNDCB and documentation technical support team regarding documentation system issues
？ Support bidding documentation management
？ Arrange regular documentation system training to new users
？ Maintain documentation system, including new user creation, power authorities management, prepare and update document templates, establish structure and so on
？ Enhance documentation management process and new user guide
？ Bachelor on business study, English, Computing or related majors is required
？ At least 1 year experience in documentation management field
？ Familiar with Microsoft word, excel, PPT etc.
？ Familiar with at least one popular documentation system based on Client-Server structure, such as Microsoft VSS etc.
？ Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, written and spoken
？ Familiar with HVDC knowledge is an advantage
？ O/T work at request, team work oriented, good communication skill in verbal and writing
